Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
‣ I reserve the right to decline a commission without reason or explanation.‣ When providing a reference, please include any and all details relevant to your commission so they will not be left out.‣ When linking or sending me a reference, PLEASE DO NOT HAVE IT SHADED!! If shaded PLEASE PUT THE FLAT COLORS OF YOUR CHARACTER SOMEWHERE ON THE SHEET, OR ON A SEPERATE FILE! It will make it 100x easier on both of us!‣ Inappropriate/aggressive behavior of any kind will NOT be tolerated. Should this breach on the Terms of Service occur, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.‣I cannot and WILL not be responsible for a client's budgeting. Please be sure you have the means to purchase before asking for a commission - otherwise, I ask for you to not request my services until you are able to do so. If needed I can hold a spot for you for up to only one week!

‣ Payments can be paid via CashApp or PayPal!‣ I accept payment in USD only.‣ Commissions are to be paid in full upfront!‣ Commissions exceeding 150+ USD are eligible for a half and half payment option! (You pay half, I sketch and send a thumbnail. When the rest of the payment is ready and confirmed, I will finish the rest of the commission!)
‣ A Work in Progress ( WIP ) will be given upon request, or at my discretion to make sure the commission is to your satisfaction at any point of the progress.‣ During the WIP and sketching phase, changes can be made and things can be fixed. Changed afterwards will cost an extra $5 USD! (Usually I will correct anything by the rendering stage!)‣ I will not continue the work until you approve of the sketch! <3‣ Please allow a 3-4 months turnaround for commissions! Larger/more complex commissions will result in longer wait time.
DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO ONE OR MORE FACTORS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Health, Order of commission, Complexity of Commission, Work, School, or Family issues.IF ANY OF THESE OCCUR, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
I retain full commercial and distribution rights to any commissions I produce. I do not claim ownership or the rights to intellectual property of the character(s) depicted in the final products unless they are of my own.
As the artist, I am permitted to do the following:‣ Post the artwork on any website/social media of my choosing.‣ Crop, edit, or alter the image for promotional use.‣ Make prints, digital portfolios, CD's, books, ect. of the artwork with the clients permission!The client is allowed to:‣ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use(s).‣ Print the art and claim the right of their character(s), but not the artwork itself.‣ Post the artwork in their personal galleries, with full credit given to the artist.‣ If allowed and discussed prior, the client can sell prints and other merchandise of the artwork!
Anything created by me may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFT's, cryptocurrency, A.I. or future inventions in the space. Failure to comply WILL result in a court hearing!If a client's commission has been stolen, misused, or falsely claimed by another individual, the client may report a removal request OR reach out to me to request removal.SHOULD COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT OCCUR, THE CLIENT'S RIGHTS TO THE ART WILL BE FORFEIT.
The following is considered Copyright Infringement:‣ Reproducing, redistributing, or using the copyrighted artwork commercially (getting paid for it) without previous written agreement.‣ Claiming credit for the creation of the artwork! This includes tracing!‣ Removing any watermarks/signatures!‣ Altering the artwork without any previous written agreement or permission!‣ Using said artwork for A.I. Generated "artworks" or training A.I. bots/sites with said artworks.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund accordingly at any time.
‣I will only refund you if the following occurs:
- I cannot physically finish your commission.
- You are rude, impatient or aggressive.
- The commission(s) have not been started on and you change your mind within 24 hours of the payment!
- You are trying to get me to draw something for a user on my blacklist!‣ Please note that art is a luxury and I use the money for bills, food and medical/hygienic necessities and will not refund you unless I need to. Be sure you WANT the commission before paying me! I am flexible and can work out a solution that benefits both of us! I am more than willing to communicate and cooperate! <3False charge-backs/claims will result in the client being blacklisted from all future purchases permanently!
‣ All adopts and designs must be credited to me as the designer!‣ You may sell the adopt for however much you deem them to be worth, but if you are selling it for more than you bought from me, please ask me beforehand, otherwise you will be blacklisted and blocked.‣ Do not sell or give any of my designs to anyone that is on my blacklist! If you are doing so to help the person to get the adopt/design, you will be immediately refunded and the adopt/design will be sold to someone else! You will also be permanently blacklisted and blocked!
Note: I am generally leniant with my adopts and designs as I believe that once you bought it, you own it. However, I still wish to be respected and for these simple terms to also be respected!
